Q: Why does the mouse cursor freeze in the game?
A: Try to use the standard system DPI setting (96). Using a bigger font like 120DPI makes the cursos freeze.
Q: When I run the game I get EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION[noncontinuable1] 0x6cb366. What should I do?
A: Try to patch the game to the newest version
Game patches should be available in our Patches section (http://www.1cpublishing.eu/support/patches)
or (when your game comes from a digital vendor) in your online shop where You bought the game.
Remember also to launch the game by using „Run as administrator" option (right-click the game exe file and choose this option), and add the game's executable file to the DEP exception list.
This is how to do it:
1) Right click on My Computer
2) Go to Properties
3) Click on Advanced System Settings
4) Under Performance, click Settings
5) Click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
6) Click Add, browse
